Konopka considering playing again Zenon Konopka has always been the type of person who wouldn take no for an answer.
The 34 year old Niagara on the Lake native carved out a lengthy professional hockey career, thanks to a fierce inner drive which enabled him to extract every last drop out of his natural talent. That combativeness has also transferred to the business world where he owns and operates Konopka Co Packing, a packaging company located in St. Catharines which employs 22. a pretty intense person on and off the ice, Konopka said, while relaxing in his office. it hurt me, but most times it helped me. helped me moving up in sports and business.
